Iconic Phones is a new wireless phone service who offers service to customer who quailify for goverment assitance. Our assitance is offered in a variety of different states and supply you with:

• Newly refurbished cell phones with free minutes every month or other discounted plans
• Make local and long distance calls
• Nationwide Roaming
• Call Directory Assistance and 911
• Setup voicemail and check messages

How to Quailfy:

The consumer can qualify for this program if they are currently receiving any type of government assistance programs such as:

• Food Stamps
• Medicaid
• Supplemental Social Security Income (SSI)
• Federal Housing Assistance Program (FPHA)
• Section 8 – Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
• National Schools Lunch’s Free Lunch Program (NSL)
• Temporary-Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).

What You Do:

2. Read the state specific information regarding the process
3. Download and print the online form
4. Fax filled out form to Iconic Phones home office fax number (INSERT FAX NUMBER HERE)
5. Mail filled out form to Iconic Phones mailing address (INSERT ADDRESS HERE)
